Today’s teenagers hear about Artificial Intelligence, and their instinct tells them AI will have a big impact on their college years and in their career.
Despite this learning about Artificial Intelligence is missing from the curriculums of most high schools.
We estimate that less than 0.1% of today’s teenagers are learning about Artificial Intelligence in structured lessons across the United States and India.
Automation Robotics College’s Artificial Intelligence program is specifically for High Schoolers and Middle Schoolers.
Interest and enjoyment in AI can open up future study options, careers, research options, even the possibility of new ventures.
We are one of the few institutions in the world that offer an education program in AI designed specifically for Teenagers.

This course explores Artificial Intelligence topics including:
Class research and discussions in AI allow each student to develop a deep understanding of Consciousness and Intelligence.
Week 1: Introduction to AI / The History & Potential of AI in the Digital Ecosystem / The Platforms of Innovation and the Convergence of Technologies
Week 2: Statistics and Probability / Python and AI
Week 3: Machine Learning
Week 4: Knowledge Representation / Regression
Week 5: Search Algorithms / Natural Language Processing
Week 6: Computer Vision / Neural Networks
Week 7: Convolutional Neural Networks / Image & Pattern detection
Week 8: AI for Social Good / AI Careers & Ventures
Week 9: AI & Ethics / Data Exploration
Week 10: Model Building / AI & Research
Week 11: Making the most of Specialised Chat Applications. Making the most of AI on the Internet – New AI applications.
Week 12: AI in Industry – Autonomous Driving & Capstone Project on Industry of Student’s Choice.
Students enrolled in our “AI for Middle Schoolers” program will study an abridged version of the above program, appropriate for their age and level of schooling.
The Math will be appropriate for their stage of learning, with greater emphasis on conceptual concepts.
The program is delivered for Two hours a week on a Weeknight, from 7 – 9 pm EDT (for North American students) and 7 – 9pm IST (for students based in India).
The next “AI for Teens” program commences Mid October 2023:
AI for High Schoolers (no coding experience) – commences Monday 16 October 2023, from 7 – 9pm EDT (for North American) students, 7 – 9 pm IST (for Indian students).
Application deadline: Tuesday 26 September 2023
AI for High Schoolers (with coding experience) – Class 1 commences Tuesday 17 October 2023, from 7 – 9pm EDT (for North American) students, 7 – 9 pm IST (for Indian students).
AI for Middle Schoolers – Class 1 commences Wednesday 18 October 2023, from 7 – 9pm EDT (for North American) students, 7 – 9 pm IST (for Indian students).
Application deadline: Tuesday 26 September 2023
Successful applicants to each program will be sent reading prior to the course.
We ask that the materials are read prior to course commencement.
Each course runs for 12 weeks.
Applications to the “AI for High Schoolers” students program and “AI for Middle Schoolers” program close on Tuesday 26 September 2023.
Students coming into the program should have an interest in AI.
We are here to help spark a passion in the area, and for the student to love learning about AI.
There are no exams in the course and you are not graded on your performance.
This course is intended to provide the best possible learning experience without the pressures of exams.
Students who complete the course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Demand for AI programs almost always exceeds supply.
We select students who we believe will benefit most from the AI program based on the responses in the Application section.
Students are selected in batches based on date of application, so we encourage you apply prior to the Application Closing date.
The charge for the AI for Teens program is US $995 for students from the United States, and 60,000 INR for students from India.
The program is taught by current students and alumni of Harvard, Princeton, Caltech and other top universities.
All of our Teachers and Tutors in the “AI for Teens” program are current Students or Alumni of Bachelor or Masters degrees in Computer Science programs who have specialised in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
